Tenders are invited for supply and delivery of various linemarking materials for TfNSW state-wide delivery linemarking works.
This is a Work-as-Ordered Panel Contract based on a schedule of rates.
Suppliers are to supply and deliver the products to various TfNSW depots.
The maximum contract term will be five years, consisting of a 36 month initial term, with an extension period of up to 24 months.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
