Transport for NSW provides notice to potential Tenderers that an Opportunity for the Safe Accessible Transport Program - Design Development is advertised, and a Confidentiality Deed Poll is required.

Overview

Project goals

As outlined in the RFT suite of documentation. To access the RFT documentation, please complete and submit the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll (via email to the Primary Contact).

Mandatory requirements from Tenderers are as follows: 

1. The Tenderer must possess the core project TAO capabilities in house. The remaining required project TAO capabilities can be sup ported throughnominated subcontractors.
2. The Tenderer must have demonstrated experience in providing detail design and construction phase design assurance services for train stationupgrade projects within the last five (5) years in Australia. This can be either as a parent company or as a subcontractor to other companies.
3. Provide a statement confirming the Tenderer has had a minimum annual turnover $5 million per annum for each of the last three (3) years.

The Project involves assessment and design development of all works required at the nine (9) station locations in order to meet compliance against the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport.
