Project goals

The NSW Department of Education is interested in partnering with organisations to support its premier performing and creative arts event, the Schools Spectacular, which will be staged in late November 2025 at Qudos Bank Arena and broadcast nationally in early December 2025. 

As an integral component of the Schools Spectacular, SpecFest, the outdoor entertainment zone, offers an essential gathering point for families to enjoy entertainment and experiential activations while relishing a diverse range of food and beverage offerings before and after the show.

Our partners contribute support for a range of activities, resources and initiatives that enhance the Schools Spectacular experience for over 5,500 students, 600 teachers and 26,000 audience members. The department in return provides profiling and other benefits.

The Schools Spectacular prospectus details current opportunities for:

  • sponsorship
  • value-in-kind support
  • advertising
  • experiential activations

The event offers sponsors the opportunity to:

  • demonstrate corporate social responsibility
  • further support the participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, students from rural and remote areas of NSW and students with disability
  • engage with teachers, students and school communities from across NSW
  • create brand awareness
  • access valuable insights into target audiences.

Scope

Organisations are invited to express interest in providing cash or value-in-kind sponsorship contributions for Schools Spectacular 2025.

Tailored sponsorship packages and multi-year agreements may be negotiated to meet your organisation's objectives.

Advertising and activation opportunities are also available.

Successful respondents to the EOI will be required to countersign a Sponsorship Agreement or Letter of Agreement subject to NSW Department of Education's:
