Project goals
Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Q116-25 Lakemba, Punchbowl Children’s Centres & Padstow Library Refurbishment - Painting Works.
Preferred Construction Dates:
• Lakemba & Punchbowl Children’s Centres: During the Christmas break.
• Padstow Library: After the Christmas break (mid-January to the end of January).
The proposed contract is for a maximum of period of 4 weeks for all three Separable portions, from End of December 2024 to End of January 2025.
Scope
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
Q116-25 encompasses three following sites:
- Lakemba Children’s Centres: 34-36 Hampden Rd, Lakemba NSW 2195

Punchbowl Children’s Centres: 42 Urunga Parade, Punchbowl NSW 2196

Padstow Library: 132 Cahors Rd, Padstow NSW 2211
The proposed contract is for a maximum of period of 4 weeks for all three Separable portions, from End of December 2024 to End of January 2025.
Paticipants are not required to be members of Construction Scheme (SCM0256) to be considered for this project.
