Project goals

The Opera House is undertaking a two-stage tender process for its Lower Concourse food and beverage venues, currently trading as Opera Bar and House Canteen. The first stage calls for Expressions of Interest from operators to show they have the capability and strategic alignment needed to deliver on the core proposition for this tender.

Additional details/instructions

The Opera House will conduct an optional virtual briefing on Wednesday 9 October 2024 at 10.00am. The briefing will be held via video link and have a duration of about 1.5 hours. A copy of the briefing will be later uploaded to this opportunity.
