Overview

Project goals

Early investment in digital telecommunications infrastructure in Bradfield City Centre is critical for servicing mixed use development, providing high quality digital services and creating a world-class public domain.

Scope

This RFP (known as Stage 2A to align with the BDA’s Enabling Works), consists of:

·       a Pit and Pipe Network (~18km);

·       a Communications Centre Cold Shell and Roof Space (300m2 basement and 100m2 rooftop) within Building 2, being delivered by the BDA due in 2026/27 (optional); and

·       a Multi-Function Poles Network (93) with power and fibre provisioned to their footplate.

Prior to being given access to the RFP suite contained in the Data Room (refer to response template BCC Digital Infrastructure RFP – Confidentiality Deed Poll Instructions), the Proponent must sign and return to BDA Procurement (procurement@wpca.sydney) the Mutual Confidentiality Deed and User Authorised form.
