Overview

Project goals

NSW Ombudsman is seeking information for a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that offers integrated platform managing core human resource functions. The solution will include modules for recruitment, onboarding, learning management system and performance development. We seek a system that enhances efficiency, improves employee experience, and provides scalability to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. The proposed solution must be user-friendly, secure and support seamless integration with existing systems.

We are also open to solutions which may consist of separate platforms or modules for specific HR functions. Where onboarding and recruitment are housed in one platform and learning management, performance development are managed by another. The ideal solution will ensure seamless integration between the platforms, providing a cohesive user experience while enhancing operational efficiency, employee development, and data-driven decision making. Both systems must be secure, scalable, and compatible with our current infrastructure.

NSW Ombudsman currently use Cornerstone for eLearning and Performance Development Planning. Taleo is used for Recruitment.
