Project goals
Provide digital products or services that improve Development Assessment quality and assessment, enhance accessibility and usability for all users, Artificial Intelligence to provide data analytics and spatial insights, strengthen cyber security and privacy (including document security and certificate forgery), develop a 2-year feature and technology roadmap and service to streamline contact centre technology.
Mandatory Delivery Timeline:
Digital products and services to be delivered (first phase if applicable) by 30 June 2025. These timelines are to be provided when providing solutions.
Scope
1. Products to improve Development Application (DA) quality and assessment timeframes
that can be integrated into the existing Portal.
2. Products or services to enhance accessibility, usability and inclusivity for all users.
3. Products or services that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide data analytics and spatial
insights.
4. Products to strengthen cybersecurity and improve user privacy including document security and certificate forgery.
5. Services to develop a 2-year feature and technology roadmap.
6. Products or services to streamline contact centre technology for a true omnichannel
experience.

Additional details/instructions
A non-mandatory briefing session will be held on 11 October 2024, 3 pm AEDT. Respondents should provide the Principal’s Contact Person with the name of the persons who will be attending the briefing at least 2 working days prior to the date of the briefing. A Microsoft teams link will be provided to those respondents.
