In order to appropriately manage facility use going forward the Office of Sport is open to major facility use at the Sydney Academy of Sport. Refer to documentation provided.

Scope

The Office of Sport (the Office) has a portfolio of Sport and Recreation Centres, including Sydney Academy of Sport (the Academy) which is located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The Academy provides a range of sport facilities for the use of local sports clubs, local, state and national sporting associations, schools, community groups, and school residential camps. 

There has been increased demand for the Academy's facilities by both existing facility users and other organisations who have directly approached the Academy. In order to appropriately manage facility use going forward the Office is open to major facility use at the Academy which may include:

a) use of existing facilities as is

b) repurposing existing facilities

c) development of new facilities

d) a combination of the above

Briefing & Site Tour No.1 - 23 July 2024, 2.30pm to 4.30pm

Briefing & Site Tour No.2 - 30 July 2024, 2.30pm to 4.30pm 

Additional Briefing & Site Tour No.3 - 20 August 2024, 2.30pm to 4.30pm
