Approved suppliers can offer energy services under the capability Solar Power Purchase Agreement (Solar PPA).
The service provider will install and maintain rooftop solar installation projects for zero upfront costs. The customer pays for what the system generates at a discount rate over a fixed term.

- Streamlines and expedites procurement processes by prequalifying providers with proven expertise.
- Incorporates performance management of providers.
- Facilitates aggregation of government spend to ensure value for money is achieved by undertaking sustainability activities at scale.

Agencies can contact approved suppliers directly for quotes or via eQuote.
There is no minimum amount for procuring these services.
The panel of prequalified suppliers is comprised of small and large companies across each of the scheme capabilities.
Suppliers are prequalified to service all metro and regional areas of NSW.
Assistance can also be sought from OEH who are able to provide guidance and standard purchasing templates.

The managing agency may call for expressions of interest from new market suppliers throughout the term to ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained.
