Overview

Project goals

Sydney Metro requires an organisation to provide appropriately experienced resources to support key elements of infrastructure projects including Integration, Quality Services, commercial management of complex commercial structures, including Public Private Partnerships.

Scope

Highly experienced commercial resources with backgrounds in Integration, Quality Services, engineering, law, or other relevant disciplines are required to:

·       Provide advice and support to the project leadership team on a >$5B Public Private Partnership on commercial matters.

·       Provide both strategic input and the “doing” of tasks including drafting letters, attending meetings as required, preparing reports and governance documents.

Organisations that would like to participate in the Request for Tender must:

·       Submit an Access Request Form RFT Appendix E demonstrating how they would be able to satisfy the Requirements.

·       Submit a Confidentiality Deed Poll RFT Appendix F (signed and dated) to the Contact Officer Gavin Johnson via the Email address - Gavin.Johnson@transport.nsw.gov.au and copy Jessica Sheridan via the Email address - Jessica.Sheridan2@transport.nsw.gov.au as listed in the RFT Document (item 2)

·       Meet minimum requirements listed in the RFT document (item 4).
