The purpose of the RFI is to gather insights into current technologies, equipment, and innovations related to robotic cleaning systems. Specifically, we are seeking information on autonomous floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners that improve operational efficiency, expand cleaning capacity, and uphold high service standards while optimising resource use—particularly energy and water—alongside cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Following the RFI, HealthShare NSW will use industry feedback to develop a comprehensive statement of requirements to inform a tender process.
