Tenders are invited to bid for the Transaction Advisory Services. The services consist of a team of Transaction Managers to assist in the drafting, development, coordination and management of Registration of Interest (ROI), Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Tender (RFT) documents and transaction management services. Additional information on the Project is available on the TfNSW website: Parramatta Light Rail | Transport for NSW.
Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
