Project goals

Sutherland Shire Council (Council) is seeking to engage a Lead Design Consultant/s (Consultant or Respondent) to provide a multidisciplinary consultancy service for the Cronulla Heritage Buildings projects (the collective name for the below three (3) projects) along the eastern coastline, south of Cronulla.

The Consultant/s will work with Council and the relevant stakeholders to undertake design and construction documentation, planning approvals packages, and construction stage services to deliver the projects.

The aim of these projects is to repair and revitalise the buildings and open spaces at the selected sites, providing safe and durable facilities for the community while preserving the heritage significance of the structures and the natural landscape.
