Overview

Project goals

The goal is to ensure that contaminated soils at the site are removed where necessary and the site can be remediated so that it will not present an unacceptable risk to human health or to the environment.  These works will make the site suitable for general industrial use in the future as per its land use zoning.

Scope

Remediation of Contaminated land as per the attached related files and RFT Documents issued with this Opportunity.

A Mandatory Tender Briefing Session will be held on Thursday 14th November 2024, at 10:00 AM. 

Location Details: 62 Kyle Street, Rutherford NSW 2320. 

All tenderers must register their interest by emailing Peter Lowery at peter.lowery@dpie.nsw.gov.au  by COB 12th November 2024. Please include the following details in your email:
