How we manage feedback
We are committed to conducting procurement in an honest, fair, accountable and transparent manner.
We will manage procurement complaints in accordance with the guidelines for managing procurement complaints PDF, 60.07 KB.
We will try to investigate and resolve complaints within 20 working days. However, dependent on the nature and complexity of the issue more time may be required.
For any matters considered to be of a corrupt conduct or criminal nature, you can to refer the matter directly to the relevant authorities for investigation, such as NSW Ombudsman or ICAC.
