Use the standard clauses
Each template has standard clauses you can include.
These clauses have been passed by NSW Procurement and cleared for use.
Avoiding risks
Write the expected outcomes in plain language.
Be specific in describing:
- the deliverable product
- any applicable industry standard documentation
- delivery milestones and their due dates
- the entire delivery schedule.
Things to remember
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and small and medium enterprises should be considered first in the planning stage.
